Deanna's Very Simple Potato Salad

Sometimes you just have to be inspired to do wonderful things. I find inspiration in cooking and the unexpected delicious results it brings.

Small red potatoes washed, unpeeled and boiled until ready
Scallions, chopped finely
Olive oil
Sea salt
Crushed Black Pepper

Serve warm.

Carrots with Rose Wine

Once the carrots are crunchy and ready to eat, pour 1/4 c rose wine, add 4T butter and 1t brown sudar to taste. Combine and serve.

Shrimp with Soy and Ginger

1 lb shrimp
2 T soy
3 T sesame oil
Fresh Ginger
Provence Herbs
Everyday seasoning
Lemon Salt
Onion, diced
REd pepper, diced

Combine allin slpow cooker and cook until shrimps are ready to eat.
Serve with white rice

Carrots with Basil

1 bag of baby carrots
1 T of dates honey
1 T of olive oil
Dry basil

1. Turn the slow cooker to High
2. Place the olive oil.
3. Then the carrots.
4. Place the dates honey on the carrots.
5. Coat the carrots with the olive oil and the dates honey.
6. Sprinkle the mixture with dry basil.

Slow cook until ready.

Blue and Red Berries with Dry Mint

A perfectly healthy dessert. Mix the blueberries and raspberries and add a sprinkle of dry mint. That's it!
